The tattoo is obligatory. But if your pet gets lost after 17:00 h, you have to wait till the next day to contact the services of the Canine Power station cause it is closed. And this service is closed the weekend and on holydays as well.
If you move and you forget to signal it at the canine power station, the delay to recover your animal will be longer. A pet with has 8 worked days delay till his owner can recover it. After this period it is possible that the pet will be transferred to a dog's pension (if there is a free place).
If not you risk that your pet will be put down – unfortunately.
